Receptionists are friendly and could provide assistance. Location is amazing as one can walk around the magnificent attractions. Room is small compared to other hotel rooms of same specifications. There is one windows but the shutter does not allow you to see outside as it is fixed in order not to open.

Perfect location. We had a quad room for four adults and we all had a bed each. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. The toiletries are brilliant shampoo conditioner shower gel and body lotion. There is a lounge area on the first floor too. We will be returning such a great price for central Madrid. The reception staff were very friendly and so helpful. Thank you

Marta and Javier were absolutely amazing. Their customer service went above and beyond!! They treated our 8-year-old son with so much care and love, and they truly made the difference in our stay.
