This hotel is great and in the perfect location if you don’t want to be near the super busy roads. We stayed at another hotel near El Retiro and loved this one so much more. Plus their breakfast and staff are excellent!

Hotel Francisco I is such a chic and beautifully decorated hotel. The location was phenomenal — you can walk almost anywhere. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was superb. The Filipino staff were especially warm and friendly, and they really took great care of us throughout our stay.
