Hotel is in a good location at Chamartin train station. Its in quite a busy area, hotel sound insulation was good with no excessive noise during day time or night. The room was a good size with a/c working well. I arrived in Madrid by plane and had an early train the following morning to Bilbao, so this hotel was an excellent choice for one night. There are very near by cafes, bars, restaurant. Due to my early start, before the breakfast room was open, I requested a “packed lunch” for my train journey which was waiting for me to pick up in the morning. In summary, a good hotel, in a convenient location depending on your needs, recommended.

Good location and public transportation close by. Construction going on at the metro station, messy and busy area of course. Room was good. Booked a more spacious room and really liked that. The ac didn't work very well but it was also very hot out side. No pool. Food at the restaurant was okay.

Emailed 1 week before to tell me that the Chamartín station is under construction which it was. This started before I booked and wasn’t noted anywhere. Nice service from the bar staff. Cleaner left to room open twice once they had enter. Probably won’t go back. Location is decent good for bowling and roller skating etc
