The AC was not working at all. I had to call front desk several times during the night and they stated everything was good. Maintance people showed up in the morning and after several tests, they confirmed the AC was not working. They switched me to another room around 12pm. Worst experience ever!

Great apartment with good amenities. Great to have a washing machine and lots of space to spread out. Super clean and a lovely comfy bed. It’s a little noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in such a great location. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and suspect if you stay on a higher level, the noise might be less noticeable. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere, but also had a metro station close by, which was super handy for our connection to the next city we were visiting.

Disappointed is an understatement. We stayed here and the bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom, wasn’t clean and the shower curtain had mold in it, location was amazing but very loud at night. I feel like this place has everything to be great but they don’t have the proper staff to keep up

The room was clean and staff were friendly but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I was informed that the swimming pool would not be in use but when I arrived it was in use! I didn’t have breakfast or use the parking.

Our room had a queen + pull out and comfortable for 3 people. The location was walking distance from a few local attractions which was great. Staff were very friendly especially Rydel. The only negative thing I can comment was that the shower pipes were squeaking when the water was on which woke up the other roommates.
