Concierge service before our trip was excellent as we had an unexpected injury to a family member. The place is small but more than enough for a family of 4 and within proximity to everything.

They did have the rooms cleaned and no one to fix anything they didn’t answer the phone if have a problem to help you they didn’t provide extra trash bags

The staff was excellent—attentive and helpful—and the Salamanca location is ideal, with everything nearby. However, the apartment didn’t match the photos, maintenance was poor, and basic amenities (toilet paper, hand soap) were missing. We arrived to a broom left in the middle of the apartment, which stayed there all week. The furniture was outdated, curtains unattractive, and the space felt cramped. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay again; I’d look for better options in Salamanca.

Property was nice and clean. About a 45 minute walk to most of the main sights. If you prefer a quieter neighborhood away from the touristy spots, then this is a good spot. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby so location is ok.

The property is near Barajas airport and walking distance to the metro. Serrano avenue is about a 30 minute walk. The flat included a washer. It would be nice to have additional basics like a sling and dish soap. The carpet inside needs a deep cleaning.
