Apartment is very nice a clean recently renovated and modern. Location is also very good very central, walkable distance to Del Prado, Plaza Mayor , Mercado De San Miguel. I do have to mention that it’s basically on the street. When you open the front door and you are on a busy street. There are a lot of restaurants cafes and shops nearby. Apartment has all the basic necessities, including, washer and dryer , dishwasher, microwave, induction oven. The only downside is that the apartment has basically no natural light, all the windows are looking onto a wall or enclosed dark space, which can be pretty depressing. However to compensate for the lack of natural light there is a lot of ambient LED lighting throughout.
