Love this hotel. Great situation for a visit to Madrid. Lovely welcome and the hotel is interesting with its layout. Nice room and a surprise treat hanging in the door handle in the morning!

Very close to Plaza Mayor. Carrefour express across the street. Sol train station a few walks away . Elcorte Ingles and Puerto Del Sol Plaza is very close. The hotel is very conveniently located but lacks the other areas such as the mall room and the may not be suitable for older persons who might find it difficult using stairs and lack of adequate lighting.

Vacation to remember

Wonderful experience, staff was very helpful, excellent location, and the best is to wake up to either donuts or croissants at our door every morning. We had a leak in our bedroom shower area and without reporting it, housekeeping noticed it and took care of it. For that I give them an excellent.
