The hotel was small but clean. However, there was a major problem with the internet connection, and the staff showed no sincerity in trying to resolve it. They kept insisting that the issue was with our devices, while they were busy chatting among themselves, which made me even more upset. For reference, we had six different devices, and none of them could connect — do you really think all of them were at fault?

This is not a hotel ! This is a Hostel where we found out when we checked in. The bathroom is shared with other guests and it was sold to us as a standard hotel room when we booked in with Hotel.com. The size of the room is hardly 40 square feet and the rest is bed which a ten years old child would hardly fit. We immediately asked for upgrade but they said it is not Available!! Total Scam ! So uncomfortable and weird place. The room is claustrophobic and you might get panic attack ! Stay away from this place !!!!

Brand new Hotel. The vibe gives Hostel plus. Sleak shared lounges with rooftop and shiny furnishings. Front desk staff A +, Still working out the kinks, such as Housekeeping and water in certain areas. Willing to give it a pass. Launching a hotel isn’t easy. Will check it out again in the near future. Should do well. Great for the area. Keep up the good work! B -

Estábamos en una habitación para 4 que consistia en un pequeño recibidor que daba a una habitación con una cama grande y otra con un sofa cama doble y dentro de este, el baño. El lugar estaba limpio, bonito, baño amplio, ducha estupenda. Lo único malo es que las puertas de las dos habitaciones eran con llave y se cerraban solas, lo cual no tenia sentido ya que el baño estaba dentro de la estancia del sofá cama. Al ir con niños necesitábamos dejar las puertas abiertas o elegir entre no poder entrar a la habitacion o dejar a los niños a oscuras... pusimos sillas para mantener abiertas las puertas, pero en el pequeño distribuidor había una luz con sensor de movimiento que se estuvo encendiendo toda la noche.... si ya se necesita llave para entrar a ese distribuidor, no tiene sentido que las otras 2 puertas sean de llave y de las que se cierran solas... sobre todo si el baño está dentro de una de ellas... Salvo este pequeño detalle, todo lo demás perfecto. Destacar que para estar en un 1° que daba a la calle Alcalá, apenas se oía ruido, las ventanas aislan genial

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación, el hotel es nuevo, la cama bien, la ducha excelente, las sábanas confortables, tiene azotea y puedes echar un café ahí. El personal muy amable. Sin duda recomiendo. Y volveré a hospedarme ahí. Hay punto de autobús en la puerta y metro en la plaza de toros

O hotel é bom

Só fiquei chateada que não teve serviço de limpeza no quarto o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia e teve um dia que a área do chuveiro transbordou de água devido um entupimento no ralo aí ficamos com o banheiro todo molhado pq devido o horário ser anoite não tinha ninguém para limpar e secar a água
