"This home is very clean, and well-maintained. There is ample space in the house, as well as in the backyard. We were visiting family, so we didn’t spend much time at the house while in Madison. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stay in rental homes 3 or 4 times a year and this is one of the best. Very clean and comfortable in a nice, established neighborhood. Very pretty. Unlike so many of these homes, there were ample good-quality towels and well stocked on all products. We were there 3 nights and had plenty of paper towels and T.P. and shampoo and body wash, etc. Even a very nice basket of snacks! The ONLY issue we had was one of privacy. We were on a "girls's trip" and like to get on our relaxing clothes and play cards or dominoes well into the night. The round kitchen table was perfect but it was right in front of a window facing the street with no curtains or blinds. Not very comfortable from a privacy perspective to say the least. Felt VERY exposed. We will definitely recommend this home but there needs to be curtains or blinds on those windows."

"Quaint property in a quiet neighborhood. I was here for an extended work trip. Having all the comforts of home made for relaxing afte work hours and weekends. Close to many greenways for biking. The proximity to all types of shopping and food establishments is excellent!"
