Your front of the house staff was terrible at best. The woman with the purple glasses who looks like she thinks she's in charge should not be working in the public. They are unhappy little NPC's and you shouldn't hire people who don't like their job. That goes double for the people in that empty restaurant. When you're standing in line you don't call a meeting with the other two people at the front desk and leave someone standing there I don't care how WOKE you are and neither does the rest of the world. DO YOUR JOB.

Woken up at midnight to triggered emergency alarms that went off for almost 2 hours straight. Then again after 7am for about 30 mins. There was no clear explanation or apology or credit for the inconvenience. Non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes smoke. Casino was nice. Only one major restaurant option, food was just okay, pizza was the best option personally. The small coffee shop was slow, unfriendly.
