It is not a fancy place, but it is clean and quiet. The staff is so amazing! Some of the best I have ever come across. Highly recommend staying here, especially if visiting the Creation Museum. It is so close and such an easy drive from here. We will be back next summer for camp again!!!

We got in late on check in day. The front desk person, Donald, was wonderful. The elevator was out of order and we needed a room on the first floor due to my daughter's wheelchair. He found us a room, was polite, helpful and very positive. He didn't hesitate when we needed something.

Bathroom desperate need of a remodel. Toilet moves, water pressure was bad. The hallway smelled like sewage but would disappear in the late evening and return the morning we checked out. Breakfast was okay. Wish they had fruit options.

At this time when I was there the hotel had a water leak that went into the carpet on the first floor, so I wasn’t lower floor and then they transferred me upstairs but then I asked to be transferred back downstairs because the elevators were broken but other than that, it was great

It is an old building. The carpet needed ripped out. The elevator did not work. It needs either a very good cleaning or just totally remodeled. The breakfast bar was not very inviting. The guest clerk was unfriendly and acted like he didn't care. We, however, were able to get a 2nd floor room for the same price as the 3rd floor like we were suppose to get.
