We would love to welcome you to come enjoy our beautiful newly renovated cottage. A destination that has lots to enjoy both at the cottage and the town. The waterfront has a gradual sand entry with clean weed free swimming. The town is 5 minutes by boat and 10 minutes by car and has a boat-up bar with live music and karaoke. Saturday mornings the town boasts a welcoming farmers market with fresh produce and deli from the nearby farms. The kids will love the nearby sand bars and all the trails and off road areas that are ready to explore. Just 20 minutes away you can go white water rafting or kayaking with Madawaska Rafting, an experience not to be missed.
Besides enjoying the sun, swimming and relaxation surrounded by trees, we have the following amenities for your enjoyment:

Located in the beautiful Madawaska Valley, the property boasts one of the longest shorelines in the area, with 255 feet of waterfront. The swimming area, with sand bottom and areas of both sun and shade, is suited to all ages. If you own or rent a boat, there are miles of boating and fishing available along the Madawaska River which connects into many bodies of water, including Kamaniskeg Lake and Blackfish Bay.

The 3-bedroom + basement bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has recently been fully renovated and has been converted to a 4-seasons home. Equipped with central air conditioning and heat, it is a beautiful, comfortable space all year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ located outdoors for your use. The screened in porch with vaulted ceiling is a great place to relax and dive into a good book or play cards on a rainy day.

The large yard provides plenty of space for campfires, outdoor games and exploring. In the winter months, this is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day of snowmobiling, cross country skiing, hiking, ice fishing and many other winter activities. Our cottage is located just a short-ride away from trail E109. From mid June - mid September, we rent on a weekly basis with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Beautiful snowy winter holiday

The drive to the cottage was lovely with fresh snow everywhere except on the roads!The cottage was lovely and warm and cozy with new appliances, clean sheets and towels. The boys enjoyed the ping pong and the hot tub.

Kayak Club Outing

Great location to explore various local lakes with the ability to come back to an amazing hot tub after a day of paddling. Everything you need for your stay is supplied. AC worked, hot tub, fire pit, sandy shore and deck for swimming. Full sized fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher all worked flawlessly.

Long weekend at a lovely and cozy cottage

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The cottage was beautiful, clean and cozy. The location of the cottage had stunning views and was pretty central to all our family events during the weekend which was great. So close to Combermere and a quick ride to Barry’s Bay. Contact with the host was easy and replies were timely. Great for all ages as well. All of our party said that a return rental is a definite, together or separately.

Beautiful Cottage and property overall. The water was fast moving during our stay so kayaking was not an option, luckily there was a trampoline on site and plenty of space to hang a volleyball net. The only issues we had were the previous users of the fire pit leaving plastic and beer cans inside the pit, and the BBQ/jacuzzi being unusable for us. Our most basic amenity of running water was also paused for hours due to a power outage, and unfortunately there wasn't any backup power. I suggesti formally move the check in time to 3pm. Overall great cottage: 4.0 to 4.5 stars out of 5,
