This cozy cottage is quite spacious! The hot tub was what I was after and it did not disappoint, even at -25degrees.The only thing I would point out is that you need to bring your own drinking water.

The property is remarkably clean and tidy despite it being Pet-friendly. The layout of the house is also very comfortable. Appliances are new and work well. Hot tub was very nice too except for a bit of sand at the bottom. We appreciate having two bathroom given the size of house. The fact that it can comfortably accommodate a party of six is what stands up from others. There were however too many flies in and around the property and renters are responsible for taking the garbage with the. Would have given it a five stars if we could receive check in information sooner and if full refund up to two weeks before check in.

Cottage review

The cottage and property are beautiful. Very clean and updated. Love the hot tub! Always able to reach Frank and he addressed any issues quickly. The only issue was that the hills around the property make it difficult to get around for people with mobility issues. Installing some steps on the hills would really help.

Just beautiful

Check in was smooth, the cottage is just beautiful and includes everything youll need, the online pictures are very accurate. The area is nice too...lots of lakes, beaches, boating opportunities, hiking. Barrys Bay is handy for shopping or a meal.

Perfect getaway

This cozy cottage was a perfect winter getaway. Excellent location for our winter activities but close enough to a town of we needed anything. The cottage is well laid out with beautiful views of the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent. And with two big snowfalls, the property maintenance/ snow plowing was prompt. We all look forward to another family getaway here next year as the consensus between all family members.
