From the moment we arrived, the service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Check-in lacked basic hospitality, and requests were met with dismissiveness. Our room — a handicap-accessible one we didn’t request — had cleanliness and maintenance issues, including urine around the toilet, loose tiles, a malfunctioning door, and poor shower pressure.
Most alarming, a water leak through the bathroom ceiling at 1 AM forced us to move rooms — 3X — as the first two were unclean or previously occupied. We finally settled into a 4th room, only to find it lacked basic bedding and had similar cleanliness concerns.
At no point did management contact us or offer assistance. The fire alarms in both rooms were blinking red, and I later learned water leaks are a recurring issue at this property. Overall, this stay was far below expectations and raised serious concerns about safety, cleanliness, and customer care.
