Alexis at breakfast was absolutely wonderful and did a great job of keeping the hot plates full of food. Autumn at check-in was rude. I asked for a first floor room and was put on 2nd floor and told “there were elevator s. I just had knee surgery and couldn’t walk well. Only one ice machine on the 1st floor at the far end.

The room was good. Only issue was the staff neglected to look in the armoire - the previous guests put their used towels in there. I don’t even blame them, really - I mean, who does that with their hotel laundry?

This was truly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at (and I travel a lot!) I even asked them at checkin what cleaning supplies they use, it was that noticeable. Room air worked great; bed was comfortable.
