The pool hasn’t been working in over three weeks. They’re continental breakfast was bagels and pop tarts with some apples and bananas that were questionable. There was only two towels per room and you had to beg for MRE. The AC was out in the lobby.

I booked my room for 2 day's on hotel .com .and when I arrived I was told there was a deposit for the 2 day's and the hotel. Com never said anything about a deposit intill we got there. Pool wasn't working neither was the hot tub. Breakfast was good though.

The property had bugs in the rooms, holes in the sheets, no a/c anywhere but in rooms, scarce breakfast options and no working amenities like the pool, bar or anything in the lobby area. Appliances in rooms are old, the hotel smells like mold/wet air. The front desk was very kind and patient with upset customers and working to do everything they could to accommodate guests. I felt bad for them having to deal with that kind of situation over and over again with upset guests.

I was told the property was undergoing ownership change. Outside of the property needed a weed eater put to it. The air conditioning in the downstairs lobby wasn't working. Checking in was not pleasant. The desk clerk needed a class in friendliness and hospitality. Never did smile. Breakfast rated a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10.

We visited Kirksville to home shop. Our stay at Days Inn was comfortable, and the pool was the warmest we have ever swam in! We had a wonderful time swimming. It is off season so it was very quiet the entire time. 5 star experience. Would stay again.

Staff was nice. I was looking forward to the hot tub, but when we went down, the hot tub was cold, green and a millipede was crawling across the floor. No tiling around the pool, only carpet. The room was okay, and the elevator had a ceiling tile with exposed wires and fan. Breakfast was also mediocre.

Outrageously overpriced for what you experience. Older property that could use some serious updating & maintenence but it was clean enough. The shower faucet poured while the shower was on. We needed an ironing board to go with the in room iron but there wasn't one; luckily my son's room had one. They're also pretty stingy with their toilet paper. And finally, we checked in on the 7th but had to wait until the 18th to receive our room deposit back. These rooms serve their purpose but for the price, I'll pay a little more for a better overall experiece.
