All was good. Things we notice toilet cover corner broken Smeared red paint or blood on the wall by the AC/Heater. Rust stain by water drain in tub. I dropped my earring underneath the bed and the front desk gentleman got out for me. That was excellent service!

Everything was good until around 4:30am when I found cockroaches. I had picked this place because of great reviews and no mention of bugs in reviews. They did move me to another room but I have a phobia so couldn't sleep.

The front desk called me 10 minutes after i made the reservation to see if we were "actually coming" then when we get to our room theres cigarette holes in blankets, scuffed up dirty walls, and everything squeaks anytime someone in the building using water. I paid $150 for a $60 hotel.

1. Nice selection for breakfast. But only seating for 9 people. 2. “Handicap room” was a joke. Trying to get into the bedroom area was narrow. The “roll in shower had a 2 inch lip 3. Guess I wasn’t reading fast enough for the clerk. He kept telling me “initial here “. After the 2nd time. Told him I would initial AFTER I read it. Had to ask for directions to the room.

The rooms were clean, the beds were better than expected. and the gentleman at checkin was polite and helpful. The hallway even smelled fresh and the rooms were fresh and well stocked. The motel was easy to get to and had plenty of well lit parking. I would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the accessible room we had requested. The room was large enough to get around easily and the flooring was LVT (not carpeting). Having a recliner in the room was a big plus, making leg compression possible. The walk-in shower made it much easier and safer to use than the tub/shower combo in most regular rooms, especially for our older generation; falling is always a concern for people our age. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The staff was professional and friendly throughout our stay. They were quickly responsive when we had tech issues with the TV. The room and linens were neat and clean. The towels, tub, sink and toilet were very clean. The only thing that would make the bathroom better is addressing the mold at the baseboards and corners of the room. Other than that, I would recommend the Super 8 to others.
