Great Customer Service

Overall my family and I had a good experience at this hotel. The only problem I found was for finding animal hair on a few of the pillows, I should have taken pictures. They did give us fresh pillow cases once we informed them, but that was a bit disappointing. Made me feel like the room wasn’t properly cleaned.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the thin walls and ceiling; a lot of noise from the room upstairs and next door.
