The hotel was just off the highway but couldn't hear the traffic. We had an issue with the TV but staff came down right away and set it up for us. Very nice staff and very helpful.

Very reasonable price. Had an outdoor bbq with a propane tank we used to grill a steak we bought in the town, tossed a bagged Cesar salad, and opened a bottle of wine. Enjoyed a beautiful meal and evening at the picnic table. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It is a budget motel next to highway 17. We were driving a 26 ft Uhaul with and autotrailer and it was perfect as there was an entrance and and exit allowing us to park and pull through. Breakfast is very limited. The room was clean and we slept well. We chose it because there was almost nothing available in Dryden and Kenora. What was available was way too expensive but the Northside Motel was reasonable.

The fridge wasn’t the coolest, bed was comfortable, room was clean. No restaurants within 1/2 hour. Owner wanted $8 for four little Halloween size bags of chips. I did sleep well and the hot water was good in the shower.
