We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Hotel com maioria da mobília muito antiga, café da manhã ruim, com pouca variedade de comida. Funcionários visivelmente insatisfeitos com seu trabalho, parque aquático com maioria dos brinquedos enferrujados e piscinas um pouco suja e com areia no interior. Opção de almoço insatisfatória , proteína veio queimada e o restante com sabor ruim, funcionários não trabalham bem e deixam os clientes esperando. Não recomendo!

Minha experiência no Matsubara Acqua Park Hotel foi excelente! A estadia superou minhas expectativas, principalmente pela estrutura do parque aquático, que é muito bem cuidada e proporciona momentos de diversão para toda a família. Outro grande destaque foi o atendimento da equipe da recepção, sempre muito atenciosa, educada e prestativa, tornando toda a experiência ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã também merece elogios, com ótima variedade e opções saborosas para começar bem o dia. Além disso, o hotel oferece um excelente custo-benefício, unindo conforto, lazer e um preço justo. Um diferencial que achei fantástico foi a possibilidade de continuar utilizando o parque aquático até as 17h mesmo após o check-out. Para quem tem voo mais tarde, isso faz toda a diferença e permite aproveitar o último dia sem pressa. Foi uma experiência muito agradável do início ao fim. Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar no Matsubara Acqua Park Hotel e recomendo a todos que visitam Maceió em busca de diversão, conforto e um atendimento de qualidade.
