Quarto estava bem limpo quando cheguei. Haviam dois sabonetes e um condicionador/shampoo no tamanho padrão de hotéis e dois rolos de papel higiênico. Não há reposição dos mesmos durante a estadia. Também não há arrumação e limpeza do quarto durante o período, apenas se você pagar uma taxa de limpeza extra. O lugar é bem localizado em Pajuçara e bem seguro. O acesso à piscina, sala de jogos e academia é bem fácil, todos em bom estado de conservação e limpeza. Todos os recepcionistas são muito educados e gentis. Recomendo este lugar.

Lugar ótimo, bem localizado, prédio lindo, novo, apartamento bom mas poderia ter um chuveiro melhor visto o padrão. Piscina deixa a desejar pois poderia ser aquecida não dando para aproveitar o potencial pois a água é bem gelada. Vista sensacional, pôr do sol maravilhoso. Tem uma cafeteria charmosa embaixo do prédio. Toda a infraestrutura muito moderna, com reconhecimento facial mas que para nós não funcionou nenhum dia.

Primeiramente no check in ficou muito vago as informações por parte do hotel, deixando muito a desejar, as atendentes não soube dar as informações necessárias em vista que era a primeira vez no hotel, faltou muita comunicação por parte do hotel na recepção, e um ponto que tem que melhorar bastante, em vista que e um hotel muito conhecido e tem uma nota muito boa, mais deixa muito a desejar na parte de informar os hóspedes.... Não fui informado que tinha cadeira de praia para retirada na recepção, bem como a internet que e horrível e a televisão nem se fala que e horrível para manusear, bem como não teve troca de toalhas nem roupas de cama, em vista que pagamos 7 diárias nesse hotel... Deixaram muito a desejar em comunicação dos hóspedes por parte do hotel, não recomendo e não voltaria a frequentar futuramente... O concorrente ao lado de vocês tem funcionários bem mais atenciosos e fui bem mais tratado lá quando cheguei pois não sabia aonde ficava o hotel... Localização do aplicativo muito confusa, não fala aonde e exatamente o hotel...

O hotel é sensacional, mas o apartamento falta bastante item para ser considerado bom para hospedagem . Segue a relação:Faças de corte,tábua de carne, socador de alho . Mais xícaras para café(só tinha duas canecas , sendo que o ap é para ate 4 pessoas) . Nenhum lugar para dependurar toalhas no banheiro. Sem papeleira. Só dois cabides . Fora isso foi tudo bem

O quarto estava bem limpo. A vista p praia é linda. Atendimento na recepção é mto bom TB. O único problema q eu encontrei no quarto foi o secador quebrado, tinha outro disponível,mas não cabia na tomada. Mas p mim isso não fez falta e por isso recomendo mto a estadia aqui. Adorei.
