Wonderful Again.

This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

Awesome stay in Panoramic View room

I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Great place, and our second time here....Decided to stay an extra day simply because we were having such a nice time enjoying the beach, the decent restaurants, etc....Staff was friendly and accommodating of our request to add an extra day at a not unreasonable cost (quite a bargain, actually)....Would recommend Maceio Mar Hotel in a heartbeat.

O quarto era bem espaçoso, mas muito velho, com móveis desgastados, paredes sujas. O banheiro tinha lodo nos azulejos e na saboneteira. O café da manhã era bom, porém havia fila para entrar. Tivemos que ficar na fila esperando alguém sair para poder entrar e tomar café. As únicas coisas boas foram a localização do hotel e os funcionários que foram muito atenciosos. Porém, não indico e nem repetiria a experiência. O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente, principalmente nos quartos.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado

Hotel com ótima localização. O quarto que ficamos tinha vista para o mar. O nascer do sol era lindo! Quarto limpo e confortável. Todos os dias que chegávamos tinha esculturas de toalhas ou cobertas em formato de bichinhos ( era muito fofo). Os funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Tinha disponibilidade de toalhas para praia. O café d manhã é bom e tem muitas opções, porém achei o local pequeno. Então fica um pouco confuso e cheio na hora do café e tinha dias que tínhamos que esperar em uma fila para poder entrar e ter uma mesa para tomar café. A piscina também é um pouco pequena. Outro ponto é que o elevador social era muito demorado. Às vezes ficávamos esperando muito tempo para descer ou subir no elevador.

O hotel tava passando por reformas, era barulho em todo os andares, das 10 as 16hs, fica difícil descansar assim. Fora isso tava mega lotado, ao ponto de fazer fila e esperar desocupar mesa p café da manhã. Já fui 2x anteriormente e não tive nenhuma dificuldade nisso. Infelizmente não tivemos sorte dessa vez
