Das Personal war sehr sehr aufmerksam und höflich! Das Zimmer war äußerst sauber und man hatte einen wundervollen Blick auf den Strand. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker mit vielen brasilianischen und internationalen Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, direkt am Strand gelegen und das Hotel ist sehr neu!

O hotel é ótimo, mas pequenos detalhes ainda precisam ser revistos. Por exemplo, Lixos … na habitação só existe um pequeno lixo no banheiro, nenhum no apartamento. Geralmente hotéis desse porte possuem lixos para reciclagem. Vouchers para o serviço de praia. Depois das 10:00 não possuem e mais e vc precisa pagar 50% do valor. A equipe é extremamente especializada e atenciosa.

Local muito bom na frente da praia bem no início da Pajuçara, café da manhã excelente variado e produtos de excelente qualidade, funcionários atenciosos e limpeza nota 10. Piscina aquecida podia ser um pouco mais quente e o hotel poderia disponibilizar quartos conjugados para família. O quarto família tem 2 camas e diga-se de passagem de ótima qualidade tanto camas como lençóis e travesseiros, porém pequeno para quatro pessoas 2 adultos e duas crianças.

Quero deixar um agradecimento mais que especial à Andréia Nascimento, do guest service, que me auxiliou em absolutamente tudo desde o início. Sempre prestativa, atenciosa e indo além do que eu havia solicitado — fez com que toda a estadia fosse ainda mais especial. A equipe como um todo está de parabéns: educação, simpatia e um atendimento de altíssimo nível. O hotel transmite uma leveza única, me senti literalmente em casa. Tive uma excelente experiência no Sais Beach Living Hotel. O hotel é novo, muito bem estruturado e com instalações modernas que proporcionam conforto e praticidade. O atendimento foi simplesmente perfeito, equipe atenciosa. O restaurante também merece destaque, a comida é deliciosa, bem preparada e com ótima apresentação. Sem dúvida, um lugar que recomendo e que pretendo voltar!
