We had problems from the moment we arrived; there were no face towels, bath soap, or blankets. I called the hotel reception several times, and they always said they were bringing what was missing, but they never did. The towels weren't changed, and one day we arrived at the room and found the bathroom trash bag inside the sink. This trash remained in the room for two days waiting to be removed by the cleaning staff.

O quarto estava bastante limpo e organizado. Tudo funcionando muito bem. Chuveiro forte e bom aquecimento. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Equipe de funcionários atenciosa. Bom atendimento dos funcionários dos bares da piscina. Bastante agilidade em preparar as bebidas solicitadas. Café da manhã me decepcionou um pouco. Alimentos eram bem preparados e gostosos. A tapioca era ótima. Havia pouca variedade de sucos e sempre muito “exóticos”(acerola, goiaba). Achei que faltou o comum e delicioso suco de laranja (nunca teve). O Grill para preparar misto quente apareceu somente no último dia de estadia. Boa variedade de pães, presunto, queijo e frutas. Tinha sempre omelete e outras comidas quentes. Senti falta do Bacon. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa e bem organizada. O parquinho infantil era bem legal também. Meus filhos de 6-3 anos gostavam de brincar ali. As opções de alimentação no Boulevard era muito boas e o custo era bem razoável pelo que era oferecido.
