It was my first time to change my hotel for my last trip and thankful for the warm welcome and hospitality of the hotel management, supervisors and staff. My aunt and I stayed at the Deluxe King room. It was very spacious and comfortable with excellent water view. Really appreciate the size and layout of the room. It is especially nice to have a wall partition between the two beds which gave us privacy. The spacious bathroom with double sinks and separate door for the toilet worked out great. For the price, we couldn't have ask for more. Will definitely stay in the same type room our next visit.

The hotel is in a good position in Macau, it is very close to some of the older parts of the city, which is a plus if you like to eat the local and street foods. Many good local restaurants, and prices are not bad. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not help enough. The only thing I did not like was how hard and expensive it was just to have a simple beer or wine. That part was terrible.

I checked out of Crowne Plaza after my first night and moved into Sands for my remaining 3 nights. I am so glad I make that decision! Not only is Sands located in a convenient location on the main entertainment area, there are high frequency free hotel bus shuttle services to Venetian, Border Gate and Ferry Terminal. What make Sands special is the service and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, to the bell and Security are warm and welcoming. This can't be fake. They make you feel welcomed!
