"I was worried about making this review because I was afraid that more people would book this place and make it nearly impossible to place a reservation. First off, the host was very responsive and was extremely helpful. Within minutes of messaging him, we were getting accurate responses.The house is perfect and I love that upon arrival the inside temperature was cool and perfect. Really good hot water heater. Comfortable beds.Now let’s talk about what everybody really wants to know about. The water access is phenomenal. Soft bottom right from the steps out past the pier. There was actually a sandbar about 200 yards out that seemed to have a gathering of boats every day. The cove that it is in is perfect as it blocks alot of wind and keeps the water mostly calm. About 450 yards from the dock you’re actually able to tube/ski/ect.The parking was more than plenty. I have a full-size truck and a 20 foot boat (25’ from end to end). I was able to back the boat in and leave it attached to the truck and still had plenty of room in front of my truck. Not to mention, we could’ve apart two more, maybe even three more cars beside it. The overall experience was sensational, and I would recommend this to anybody"

"The room itself was large and seemingly clean. The floor near the AC unit at the window was sunken into the floor. it was almost just carpet over old wood. I dare say we may have fallen through if we weren't paying attention."
