Lovely hotel in great location, right in centre of Lyme Regis amongst shops, restaurants and bars, 2 minute walk to a lovely beach, room and bathroom was so spacious , spotlessly clean, decor really nice, Staff friendly, breakfast has a good choice, we also ate in the restaurant on the evening and food was gorgeous, would definitely recommend

We had a great stay at The Royal Lion Hotel in Lyme Regis. The location was ideal; the parking was a bonus; the room was large and comfy; and the staff was very friendly and accommodating from booking to check-in and check-out. The hotel is packed with history and added to a wonderful first visit to the popular area.

Amazing helpful staff, good breakfasts, comfy beds and charming old pub. The icing on the cake is the location- just 2 minutes walk to the beach and other restaurants- plus free parking, which is a rarity in Lyme Regis.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Lion. Perfect location, lovely room and great service. Breakfast was a nice experience with plenty of choice. Sharon on reception was really helpful and made check-in and out an easy, seamless experience.

Fantastic stay! We stayed in a Comfy Plus room which had a huge, comfy bed. The room was spacious with an equally good sized bathroom containing a modern rainfall shower. The breakfast was excellent and parking was really handy too. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We ate in the pub in the evening and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return! An amazing old 16 th century hotel right in the middle of everything. Great friendly staff all of whom made us and my dog really really welcome. Great place to stay. Room was clean though the bathroom sink took a while to drain. Parking was good enough and as I had the dog with me our breakfast was served in the bar which was really very nice. Great place to stay
