This 32 m² studio is on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator in the Gare district, steps from Place de Paris and its pedestrian streets. It sleeps two guests.



🛋️ Living and Sleeping Area

The bright, modern living space combines a double bed (140 cm), a sofa and a Smart TV. Large windows look out onto a tree and the old church across the street, and room-darkening shades help at night.



🍳 Kitchen

Cook at home with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker, plus cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.



🚿 Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided.



🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays

A washer and dryer in the studio make longer stays easy, and Wi-Fi and central heating make it practical for business trips.



📍 Location and Getting Around

The tram stop is right by the building, with direct trams to the Old Town, and the central train station is about an 8-minute walk away. The Old Town is a 10 to 15-minute walk across the bridge, and restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all around. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

The church across the street rings its bells from 7 am, every quarter of an hour during the day. The street and the square in front can be busy and noisy late at night. There is no air conditioning, and the studio faces the sun, so it can get warm in summer. There is no parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire studio to themselves. It is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The key lockbox is a short walk from the entrance, and the online check-in gives access to your Guest Area with step-by-step instructions and a check-in video.

The studio is in the Gare district of Luxembourg City, a lively, central neighbourhood between the train station and the Old Town. Place de Paris and its pedestrian streets are two minutes away, with many restaurants, bars and shops, and the Old Town is a 10 to 15-minute walk across the bridge. Like much of the station area, the streets can be busy late at night.



Getting Around:

The tram stop is right by the building, with direct trams to the Old Town and Kirchberg, and the central train station is about an 8-minute walk away. A bus to Luxembourg Airport stops nearby, and the airport is around 15 minutes away by taxi. There is no parking at the building; public car parks nearby are paid. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys.
