This bright 90 m² two-bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building with an elevator in Limpertsberg, on a quiet street about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. It sleeps up to four guests.



🛋️ Living and Dining Area

The large, light-filled living room has a comfortable sofa and a big Smart TV, and the dining table easily seats a family or group for shared meals.



🌿 Balcony

The sunny balcony with a small table and chairs is a pleasant spot for morning coffee.



🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen

Cook at home with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine is also in the kitchen.



🛏️ Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Both bedrooms have a double bed, room-darkening shades and wardrobe storage, and one bedroom has a desk for working. Bed linen is provided.



🚿 Bathrooms

The full bathroom has a corner shower, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer, and a separate half bathroom adds extra convenience.



🚗 Free Parking

A free parking space in the building's secure underground garage is included. The garage entrance is fairly narrow, so larger cars need some care.

A bus stop is right outside, and the Old Town is about a 20-minute walk, partly through a park. A supermarket, bakeries and restaurants are nearby, and public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

There is no air conditioning; a fan is available on request. You may occasionally hear neighbours in the building.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, plus a free space in the building's underground garage. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The keys are collected inside the building entrance, and step-by-step instructions and videos, including how to use the garage, are in your Guest Area.

The apartment is in Limpertsberg, a quiet residential district of Luxembourg City. The Old Town is about a 20-minute walk away, partly through a park, and a bus stop right outside connects to the centre in a short ride. A supermarket, bakeries, cafés and restaurants are nearby, and the Schueberfouer funfair site at the Glacis is within walking distance.



Getting Around:

A bus stop is right outside, with connections to the city centre and Luxembourg's central train station. Luxembourg Airport is around 15 minutes away by car or taxi, depending on traffic. A free parking space in the building's underground garage is included. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
