30 minutes from Le Mans, this renovated old bakehouse, harmoniously mixing old and contemporary, offers you a cozy space of 68 m2 of living space. Decorated with works created by the owner and warmly decorated, the cottage invites you on a journey.

On the ground floor: a kitchen and dining area, a living room, a bathroom; upstairs, a bedroom where the vestige of the old beams remains, including a 140 cm bed and a small toilet area. The bedding is of very good quality.
The living room located on the ground floor is equipped with a convertible sofa which can accommodate an adult or 2 young children.
Outside, a terrace overlooking a large green park welcomes you for a sunny and calm breakfast. A plancha is available.
At the heart of the park, a body of water where a few “green-necked” ducks are happily bustling around but not recommended for young children.
This gîte is accessible via a large secure gate giving access to a courtyard which can accommodate several vehicles.
A super market is 5 km away. The entrance to the A28 motorway is 3.4 km away.
