First - Our first room's air conditioner was out and couldn't be fixed by the property. So they gave us a different room. Second - The carpets were stained in both rooms and in the hallways. Third - The ground, under a tree near the entry was covered in Bird droppings. If there were multiple cars in the breeze way, you would have to walk through it or go around the carport. Fourth - The replacement room that we were given had a smoke detector with a dead battery, so a bright light flashed in our faces through the night. When I asked the front desk to help with the smoke detector he offered me clear tape to cover up the notification light. Fortunately, I had a sticker with me and covered the light so that we could sleep. Fifth - I notified the manager about our experience, she didn't attempt to make it better. Just a blank stare and "Sorry". It's not likely that we will return to this property.

We stayed 1 night and a wind storm blew in. The squealing in the windows woke us up and it was hard to sleep after that. When we did get up the next morning, there was sand all in the window sill from the wind blowing it in...SO, the windows were not sealed to keep out the dirt from blowing in. Other than that, the hotel was good. Room was clean and the floor was pretty quiet.
