This hotel came across as an older/worn out building that the staff is doing the best they can with what's there. Only one receptionist working on a sold out weekend, pool was out of service and many things in room that need to be fixed. Pool "closed until further notice." Then it should not be listed as an amenity online. Front desk staff look to be zombies...at best. Wasn't sure if I needed to check their pulses for signs of life. I have no idea why this property was ranked so high. Very misleading. Of looking for cheap stay without using pool and don't care for customer service, then I guess it's good enough.
