This hotel came across as an older/worn out building that the staff is doing the best they can with what's there. Only one receptionist working on a sold out weekend, pool was out of service and many things in room that need to be fixed. This is an older hotel that is in serious need of a refurbishment. The carpet leading from the elevator to our door was torn and frayed in several spots. The bathroom lacked anything on the walls for hanging clothes. We were not given any hand towels and only one washcloth. Breakfast was meh. Nothing spectacular.
