It was clean and it was in a good location. It looked like they were doing some updates or remodeling. The rooms were a little run down, but not enough to be uncomfortable. Check in was slow so don’t be in a hurry.

I honestly have no choice but to leave a negative review. Stained pillow cases. Stained towels. Bathroom door handle came off into my hand. Shower head was disgusting. Sink drain was broken and full of hair.

Staff was friendly and good. Sink did not drain. Only one set of towels. (Room was booked for 2) TV did not work. Key cards did not work after breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, by the way. We were very disappointed, our previous stays here were fine. We arrived after a long drive, and rather than move to another room after unpacking, just went to sleep on what proved to be more uncomfortable beds than last time. I think we will find someplace else to stay next time. We are so sorry, it is such an ideal location. There were only 6 cars in the lot, and 4 other people at breakfast. There was no reason to put us in an unprepared room.

Staff was fine, hotel was run done, not well kept and visibly not well cleaned, worn down furniture. Holes in walls. Elevator walls had stains. Everywhere you looked seemed half clean and neglected.
