The kitchen was dirty they never clean in side the the cabinets and the pots and pans were never cleaned i only had one staff member Susan who cleaned the room one time really good the whole week i stayed there, they are really short on staff and they need some help the best part about my trip was the staff the staff was nice and friendly 10 stars for the staff

Soap, shampoo bottles in shower were empty! Last guest left a razor in the shower. Called front desk although Isabelle was kind enough to bring new bottles for shower. Still no soap ! Toilet is leaking. Lights around the dressing vanity are out and need to be placed. Very dark. No milk in breakfast area for cereal etc. when asked attendant. Response was we are out. We get a truck on Saturday . Coffee extremely weak and cold. Most likely won’t go back. Used to be nice and kept up. And professional.

This is by far our favorite hotel when we go visit the kids at college. Its very clean, and the room is huge! Great free breakfast!

More 2 star than anything else.

Check-in was easy and no loyalty was recognized, but no welcome gift. Extra towels were not provided for the entire stay despite asking repeatedly. Dining are very sub-par and in no way met our expectation based on previous experiences at other Residence Inn properties.

Have to pay for parking outside.

It would have been nice if the parking fee was included in the price of the hotel. That dumb to have to pay in Lubbock and than have big ass signs on the doors warning people of theft. Paying for parking should include security.
