Cleaning and TV Needs Upgrade

We stayed for three nights. Housekeeping never properly cleaned our room, even after two requests, they only changed towels and made the bed, leaving the bathroom untouched. Also, the TV is very outdated and cannot connect to the internet, so you can’t use Netflix or other streaming services. Overall stay was okay, but cleanliness and TV need serious improvement.

We have used Homewood suites for two different trips now, and we will continue using them. Their staff is pleasant and happy to serve. Their breakfasts are amazing. The rooms are great with the little kitchens and plenty of space. Looking forward to our next trip there.

2 night stay.

The air conditioning was not working. We could not get into the pool, the door to the pool would not open. The tub in the bathroom was dirty. The doors did not shut properly.
