If you like hard beds then the beds are good, Air conditioner was good but after traveling from out of town for a soccer tournament and finding out the outdoor pool is seasonal, keep in mind it's June 1st and 100 degrees, and it's closed kinda sucked for the kids but other that it was good for the price.
