I have stayed at the property the last 2 years. I like that it has a separate bedroom area and kitchen. The balcony is large but the property is actually across the street from the beach. The pool area is quiet with an amazing view of the beach and the airplanes flying into SXM. The staff is only at the front desk a limited amount of hours. They have laundry facilities in the basement which is great but check out time at 10am is too early

The housekeeping service was excellent. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets daily. The location is very good close to many restaurants, bars, shopping and a small supermarket. We had a problem with the TV and the kitchen light when we first checked in, the problems were taken care of right away. The room is a bit dated but everything was in working order. Would like to see some additional and better patio furniture. the wooden chairs on the patio were very uncomfortable.

The staff was excellent. The rooms need to be refreshed, clean but old. Some rooms had a musty smell. The pool lacked attention and the water turned green. There was outside maintenance work ongoing in the pool area with loud motors running on and off during the day. The location is excellent with walking distance to everything in Maho.

This property is very well situated and the front desk staff and managers such as Nina, numerous female representatives Keleisha, and others were very helpful. My only complaint is that the towel policy between properties should be consolidated, this green and blue towels nonsense would reduce the number of security guards asking if you belong in the property or not. Very off putting. Otherwise, keep doing the great work.

Location is perfect! Very quiet hotel compared to busy Sonesta across the street. View out by the pool is amazing if you’re into the planes coming in to land at nearby airport.
