I can’t remember the woman’s name that helped the morning of our arrival but I swear she was the kindest person I have ever met. She set the standard for us throughout our entire stay in the area for how strangers interacted with us. Everyone in the area is nothing but kind and my partner and I really needed that. 100000000% will come back to this hotel if we are in the area again.

Really cool hotel. Definitely had a young adult vibe. They had to dose the pool with chemicals when we were there and posted tiny little signs that were easy to miss so my kids jumped in and got yelled at. I think it could have been handled differently because adults were jumping in too and were not treated like that.

If you want a quieter room, as for one away from the pool. There is some noise close to the street. The bed was excellent and the room had anything you could want in a high design style. The lobby is welcoming. The restaurant Paseo was wonderful and should not be missed. Second stay here and would stay again.

The first night, I was in Room 210 on the front of the hotel. While the room has an interesting layout, its location directly over a ‘Biker Bar’ led to very loud motorcycle noise until 2AM. Thankfully, the desk person, Pamela, was able to move me to a quiet room in the back of the hotel for my second night.
