Actual propery did not match description from online. I reserved two units and was only able to use one due to hvac system not working as well as the fridge. The temperature in the Belmont Stakes was 81-82 degrees by dark of our first night. I was told that I could use the fridge in the other unit and didn't need the one in Belmont since I reserved both units. The outside space was not cleaned up and did not match the pictures. The cowboy pool was dirty and showed signs of rust. There was trash left out in the outdoor space. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom would not stay up when even slightly touched. The unit used was not dusted and upstairs bathroom smelled of pee. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the unit and only six towels for two nights. The fire pits were not working properly. One was out of gas and the other ran out of gas a short time after being used. There was only one basketball that was flat in the outdoor space to use. Host was hard to communicate with during our issues.
