The sky is truly the limit! Our sprawling Rooftop Deck rests atop Neat Bourbon Bar and grants a glimpse of Downtown Louisville in the backdrop. Seamlessly combine the indoor and outdoor living areas into one cohesive gathering space compliments of the overhead bay door that glides open between the living room and rooftop deck. We brought luxury back in our remarkable powder room that portrays a certain photo worthy quality fit for a designer magazine. Gold embellished black leather tile runs floor to ceiling, and accentuates a custom bourbon vanity (yes, the bourbon is real). Original brick hearths deliver a warm touch and flank our frequently rotating artwork that has been carefully handcrafted by a local artist.

Indulge in our Gourmet Kitchen that boasts a 6 burner gas stove with vent hood that is sure to delight any discerning chef. A dramatic 8 foot Center Island with bar seating and built in ice maker is the star of the show. Hidden behind a dazzling coffee bar nook is a second kitchenette that provides additional prep space if needed.

Rest easy in the Primary Suite prepared with Queen Daybed, desk, TV and private French inspired bathroom. The second bedroom is secretly tucked away through a concealed door and comes furnished with two Queen Murphy Beds that can fold away should you crave more space to entertain. A private bathroom, dual closets and large 70 inch LED TV, along with direct access to the Gameyard are additional noteworthy features. This quintessential luxury stay is respectfully unparalleled to any other of its kind.



Bourbon Pub Suite

Soak up the Spirit of Kentucky in this 2 Bed, 2 Full bath Vintage Pub Style Suite that sits directly behind Neat Bourbon Bar. Authentic bourbon staves and barrels submerse the space with an old fashioned heartbeat distilled straight from bourbon country. Bar top and table seating add a shot of comfort, unless you prefer to be on the rocks? This split floorplan occupies two bedrooms (King Beds) bottled up with their own private bathrooms and aged with custom tilework. Sound like it is mint to be? The Gameyard

Raise your experience in our trademark 3,000 square foot Common Gameyard. Sporting artificial turf, you can challenge your friends in a plethora of games or simply lounge around multiple firepits.

Guest Access:

Skip the front desk and head directly to your suites at check in without the fear of forgetting your key! Upon booking, guests are provided with a secure individual keycode that only works for their suites for the duration of their stay.

Important Parking Information:

Parking is extremely limited given the dense urban environment, so we highly recommend using a ride share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first come basis and available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on Bardstown Road (voted Louisvilles Best Street) in The Highlands Historic District, you will have plenty of unique and iconic options to explore during your stay, no car required! The Highlands is extremely walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, breweries, and endless locally owned places to find new treasures. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park designed by Fredrick Olmsted systems is home to over 400 acres of walking and running trails, vast green spaces and waterways to explore.



Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and the popular NuLu area where you can attend shows, sporting events, visit 4th Street Live, and walk across the Ohio River atop the pedestrian bridge to Indiana.



Getting Around:

Ride share services are highly recommended since parking is extremely limited. The Highlands is very walkable, and many scooters are nearby as well.

Bardstown Road is a lively street with walkability to many surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, entertainment, and nightlife that can stay open until 2am.



Neat Bourbon Bar is located at the front of the property. Guests will have private back door access without ever having to step foot off the property. Neat Bottle Shop has all essentials for sale including spirits, beer, wine, and bourbon.
