The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The convenience store is reasonably price and has this delicious ice cream machine. (Found out an employee recommended getting and boss followed through-it’s a hit)!!

I was disappointed by the professionalism of the staff. To be clear, the two ladies working the breakfast buffet and the coffee making were excellent. They were friendly and went out of their way to take care of their guests. I was a bit offended by the management and the way the manager (forgot her name) reprimanded this staff for letting us know the primary coffee maker was broken (odd story). I also thought the front desk workers could have been far more professional. I made several requests that they confirmed but never took care of. These included items I requested fro the room as well as shuttle requests, etc. All in all it was the management and the front desk that were the reasons for the poor review. Next time be honest with your guests, treat your employees with respect, and follow through with the jobs you commit too.
