This is the first floor of a three story house. I stayed one month and had multiple guests stay above me with no issues. I didn't hear them once. It is a well appointed space that has been furnished with everything you might need. It is very stylishly and thoughtfully decorated. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but just a short walk to restaurants and bars. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would certainly stay again if I am in the area.
