The staff was nice. But they had no cookies like they did at their hotel in Frankfort, KY. And the rooms were nice r in Frankfort, with chasing outlets built into the nightstands.... nothing like that in Louisville. The Louisville location needs to step up their game.

The pool was out of order and we did not know it until after checking in getting unpacked and walking down to check out the pool. Highly disappointed and likely won’t be returning next year when we attend a national tournament for our daughter. Having 3 kids they were all looking forward to the pool.
