We came for the derby. Room was clean, there was a homeless guy sleeping under the stairs. The hotel is in a very good location, easy to come and go to the airport and also its not far from where the action is in louisvile. Recommend it for budget friendly travel to the derby.

GPS took me around in circles to get in parking lot but in a convenient location. Places to eat within walking distance. There is a lot of traffic/foot traffic in the area. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Check in and out was easy.
