Clean, comfortable and very well located. If I had to say something to improve upon, it would be the annoying extraction fan in the bathroom when turned on, it’s too noisy.

Room & amenities. The bed sheets, the towels and the room walls were covered in stains. The bed’s white sheets and the white towels were old, stained and so thinned out that they just need to be thrown away. I was charged $57usd for a pet fee, non-refundable, for potential pet damages, cleaning and yet I get a room that looks like this for $118usd a night plus pet fee!? That is very disappointing. Truly upsetting.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Marina, Johanna, and the receptionist from Friday's check in ( sorry no name) greeted us very kindly. Rooms were a bit outdated but our stay was comfortable. The bed from 228 needs immediate change as you sink in the middle making it difficult to sleep. We didn't ask for a room change since it was 1 night. Overall I would stay again

This hotel has incredible style with mahogany ceilings and marble floors. On our floor there was a massive round table like 10 feet in diameter outside the elevator that represented the wonder of this place.
