The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort is ideally located, with easy walkable access to activities, tours, and key attractions. During our week-long stay, we experienced a few service-related issues on the second day. However, once these were brought to the attention of the manager on duty, they were addressed promptly, and the level of service for the remainder of our stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend this resort to families, especially those traveling with children. It offers a relaxing experience while also providing seamless access to explore the city beyond the resort. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a greater variety of food options over the course of a week-long stay. While the quality of the food was good, rotating the menu more frequently would help avoid repetition and enhance the overall dining experience, especially for longer stays.

1- The security at the pool were timing and taking pictures of guests towels. Guests pick up the towels put them on the loungers go have breakfast then relax on the loungers. There weren’t any guests waiting for loungers. security guards very over powering, I was told under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult in the water, I can see little ones, but 10-13 yr olds, when a myself a Grandmother is sitting right by, 2nd- The service was very very slow, Waiting more than 1/2 hour. 3rd- The music was horrible, the play list same same everyday! 4th- last year they had Decorated the Skypool eating area, this year a few little decorations on the buffet area! This year we were very disappointed!!
