We stayed one week at the end of June 2026, and we ate at every restaurant on the resort. All food was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful, and because we had purchased the all-inclusive plan, no tipping was required.

We liked that it is family-friendly! We enjoyed the food at most restaurants as there was something for everyone's taste! For the most part, the staff was courteous with a couple exceptions. We liked the amenities in the other two sister hotels...

The Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort is money well spent. There are so many amenities on property, The restaurant / food options are excellent. The views from each room are amazing. The Fun Lab for kids and teens is excellent! Staff are lovely. The bedding is overdue for upgraded sheets and Duvets, but besides that everything else was great.
