This is a 5 Star resort! It was wonderful, the staff were great and the food was top notch for an all inclusive. Definitely get the all inclusive because pricing in general was high. The only downside was that they are building a hotel right across from the resort and it is a bit noisy and the beautiful views will be blocked soon.

The room was very clean and had a large refrigerator. We chose not to do the all inclusive and had room for food and beverages in our studio space. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. Lots of pool options with swim up bars and many lounge chairs.

Loved our stay at Hacienda Encantada! The property is designed to keep with retro Mexican style but has all the modern amenities. Staff are cheerful & friendly. We got all inclusive & ate on the resort for most meals & found the food excellent.

The rooms were very nice and clean. And cooled down from the heat. The staff was very nice and always attentive, the valets were amazing and its nice of them to shuttle you around if you dont want to walk from place to place on the resort, its a big resort. We enjoyed the walking and the exercise as we werent there to be lazy like some, food and drinks were great all over the property. We will be coming back for sure.

Our stay at Hacienda Encantada was incredible. The property is gorgeous. Our first morning, we went to the breakfast restaurant where the staff seated us near edge of the balcony in hopes that we may get to see some whales in the water below. Sure enough, as we were enjoying our breakfast we spotted several whales breaching the water. My kids' jaws just about hit the floor

It’s one of the prettiest hotel setting I’ve stayed at. The service is very good. It’s all inclusive for about 150$ per person per night. Which is very expensive. The good quality was great. There is a hard time share press when you arrive. Just say no.

Overall, this resort is outstanding. Although a pretty minor inconvenience, and despite being all-inclusive guests, having to sign for everything (even a bottle of water) was frustrating at times. It was an excessive waste of our time as well as for the servers.
