Pros: Beautiful property nice pools, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms with great air conditioning. Cons: Food prices are higher than expected but that seems to be common in all the hotels. Definitely Los Angeles prices. But if you venture out to the city there’s a ton of cheap options.

This is a 5 Star resort! It was wonderful, the staff were great and the food was top notch for an all inclusive. Definitely get the all inclusive because pricing in general was high. The only downside was that they are building a hotel right across from the resort and it is a bit noisy and the beautiful views will be blocked soon.

The pool closes at 8pm. I think that is early. Especially when you are vacation. The property is on a hill. You will need to phone lobby for golf cart ride during summer months when very hot.

Loved our stay at Hacienda Encantada! The property is designed to keep with retro Mexican style but has all the modern amenities. Staff are cheerful & friendly. We got all inclusive & ate on the resort for most meals & found the food excellent.

The rooms were very nice and clean. And cooled down from the heat. The staff was very nice and always attentive, the valets were amazing and its nice of them to shuttle you around if you dont want to walk from place to place on the resort, its a big resort. We enjoyed the walking and the exercise as we werent there to be lazy like some, food and drinks were great all over the property. We will be coming back for sure.
