This Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, flat screen TV's in all room, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, an entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 with a full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry and waher/dryer just off the kitchen. The drinking water is completely filtered through the Villa Las Estancia complex.
