Clean room, staff are friendly and attend to your accommodations. The beach is nice but can't swim due to the big waves. The food was mediocre and it took over 30 minutes to receive some food at dinner time. One main dish didn't show up waited 45 min so we left due to waiting for so long.

I wouldn’t rate this as a five-star resort by any stretch. It’s not terrible, but it’s certainly not great. We paid for the Preferred Club, and honestly, it wasn’t worth it. The premium perks like the lounge access and higher-end alcohol fell short. The lounge food was subpar, and the top-shelf options were still things like José Cuervo. There were standout employees who made our stay brighter. Luis & Lucas at the main pool, Mercedes & Maria in the adults-only and Preferred sections, Beymar at Oceana, Victor at the Seaside Grill, and Ozi & Alan at concierge. Each delivered exceptional service. Unfortunately overall service was so inconsistent we found ourselves planning our days around when those few were working. The same unreliability showed up in the rooms. Our first Preferred Oceanfront room had a major mold issue. Ozi handled it professionally and moved us quickly to a cleaner room, which we appreciated. But mold should never be something guests have to deal with. The new room was better, but still not worth the Preferred upcharge. The oceanfront view was lovely, and you can always hear the waves. But the patio was uninviting and had crappy furniture so we never really wanted to be out there. This resort has real potential. But for now, the 5 star label is misleading. As it stands it’s more of a 3 star resort with flashes of excellence thanks only to a few great employees.

This property lacks personnel, the food was decent but nothing extraordinary sometimes poor, also one area has air condition for a breakfast and lunch only. Staff leaves the door open to that restaurant to let the flies in becomes very uncomfortable, also fire over 16 in our next dealership fire alarm kept going off. To get service at the restaurants was like pulling teeth.

First time at an all-inclusive and in Los Cabos and I enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely recommend this resort for a short stay. My friend and I stayed 4 nights and took advantage of all the activities they had (both for kids and adults). The staff is super friendly and is impossible to get bored. The food is good overall, but if you have a sweet tooth you might get disappointed. They have good variety of restaurants and menus. This resort has a nice “only-adults” pool, so if there are too many kids at the main pool, don’t worry! The beach can also be a good “escape” from kids. Lastly, and a big highlight, the gym is amazing! Very clean and complete;so, there’s no need to worry about missing a workout.

I booked the trip over my wife’s birthday and notified the hotel several times before and while I was there and they did morning. Several other rooms had special banners but not ours. They didn’t say anything about our VIP status or offer and upgrades during our visit. I left several messages with the front desk for Alan but nothing came of it. Besides the internment crew and Luis the gentleman working the pool area nobody seemed happy to be working at the resort. They tried hard to sell extras like messages and such but never honeyed the simple requests or your VIP status. We had a better time at the Valentin in Cancun and felt special everyday. There are tons of resorts in Cobo to stay at so the the Dreams just needs to get better.
