My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at Chileno Bay! 10/10—we would absolutely stay here again. I chose Chileno Bay for my 30th birthday because I wanted to experience a different resort than our usual Cabo getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. I’ve never felt so well taken care of during a vacation. A special thank you to Alan, our concierge, who made our stay even more memorable with his exceptional service and hospitality. Thank you, Chileno Bay, for making my 30th birthday celebration so unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved everything about this hotel! 10/10 recommend. The daily touches (protein shake shots, pool popsicles, chocolates left in room) were my favorite part. The service was next level. Everything would expect at a 5 star!

The most amazing thing about this property is the staff. They take hospitality to an entirely different level. I celebrated my birthday here Solo and it was not missed at any point during the vacation and was recognized when I checked in at the bar when I ordered drinks and even my last breakfast at Comal.

GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. NOW, again, this is literally the only downside to this, frankly, amazing resort but I have to make it known to other travelers. To the resort itself if it reads this, I would recommend either a chiller of some sort for the water; it’s Mexico, I get it, it won’t be cold but when I was considering not getting back into the water because it was so warm, it needs to have a bit of a chill in it. Or I think having a little shade over it (maybe a palapa in the middle of the adult pool) where you could sit in the water in shade would be nice. AGAIN FOR THE RECORD, I recommend this place but, if you want to be in a refreshingly cold pool during your stay, I have to be honest and say that this isn’t it.

Incredibly beautiful property. Gym is fantastic, the pool(s) were amazing. The beach was incredible, and the views were fantastic. The staff was 5 star. My only regret was that we did not stay longer.
